Headline Features
Traceroute
We released a new sensor:agent over the summer that supports generating traceroute information (Agent: trace- Configuration). The 22.11 release now provides:
- Data ingestion into Skylight performance analytics
- Inventory views of trace sessions
- Quickly identify path change events and compare path performance across test runs
As a bonus, you can also automate the association of more detailed sessions data from sources like TWAMP with your trace sessions via APIs. This enables users to see path change events alongside their highly accurate PM data to help more quickly identify causes for changes in performance.

Alert Delivery
We're now working with an integration service called Workato enable our services team to get you your alerts where they need to go. Contact your sales representative for more information on how to leverage this option.
As of 22.11, we will only be supporting session based alerts through this integration service. Soon there will be support for capture and security alerts as well!

Additional Features
Direction Aliasing
Skylight performance analytics treats the direction enum value of incoming session data by default as:
- P2R (probe to reflector)
- R2P (reflector to probe)
- RT (round trip)
- NON (no direction)
These default labels/mapping don't make sense for every data type coming into the system, so we're now allowing admins to overwrite these display names.
Enhanced Default Password Rules
If utilizing Skylight local authentication, you'll notice that we introduced minimum password rules for your safety.
