Skylight performance analytics 22.07 introduces the following features and enhancements:

  • HTTP/2, FTP and more new capture protocols: Available across monitoring, troubleshooting and alerting use cases.
  • Alert Drill Down Improvements: Provides better, faster ways to go from performance alert to possible root cause.
  • Circuit Modeling: Although not ready for general availability, great progress is being made towards the goal of allowing you to create your own model to glue performance metrics from multiple sources together, and provide that much requested abstracted/stitched view.

  • Removed Support for SDMGR and SDACT elements: Support for SDMGR and SDACT families for managed elements has been removed from Skylight orchestrator.
  • Deprecated HTTP Basic Authentication for all NBAPI / Web Service: The use of basic authentication for the NBAPI/Web Services has been deprecated. Instead, cookies must be used.
  • RADIUS Timeout Raised to 60 Seconds: When using RADIUS with two-factor authentication, the maximum timeout value has increased from 10 seconds to 60 seconds. After 60 seconds, the system considers that the RADIUS server request has timed out.
