Time Selection

What are they?

• Time Selection is seen
• Dashboards (Monitoring), Analysis & Inventory
• Zoom on line-chart, Analysis trend and inventory performance
• Time Selection influences the whole display opening a new window would allow multiple time windows.
• Time Selection has different granularities based on source data. Cannot zoom below highest resolution (1 day, 6 hours, 1 hour, 15 mins, 1 min and 1 sec)
• Time Selection support
• Absolute (between two dates) or relative (last hour, day, week)
• Click and drag for line or bar charts + reset

• Time ranges
• Relative
• 30 Days @ 6 hours granularity
• 7 Days @ 1 hour granularity
• 1 Day @ 15 mins granularity
• 8 hours @ 1min granularity
• 1 hour @ 1 second granularity
• Absolute – Point and click on calendar and type time. Automatic granularity based on range
• On Line chart drag along X axis to zoom, reset to clear
• Option on zoom to change granularity based on time range
