To view a summary of all event exchanges on an OAM connection

  1. Access the page OAM ▶Events.

  2. For complete details on transmitted and received events, click the OAM instance Name in the list.

For more information on specific parameters, refer to the following table.

OAM Events (OAM ▶Events)

Parameter Description
Name The name of the OAM instance.
Txm Event The number of OAM events transmitted.
Txm Duplicate The number of transmitted OAM events that were duplicated.
Rcv Event The number of OAM events received.
Rcv Duplicate The number of received OAM events that were duplicated.
Transmitted Event Notifications Shows details of the transmitted event notification:
  • Event number
  • Transmit time
  • Sequence number
  • Event type
Received Event Notifications Shows details of the received event notification:
  • Event number
  • Receive time
  • Sequence number
  • Event type: EFE, EFPE, EFSSE
  • Event values: EFE, EFPE or EFSSE fields
