Getting in app support and sending feedback
We are committed to providing our customers with an amazing product experience, and support is a big part of that. We are pleased to offer in-app chat support to help our users in real-time. It also provides a great way for us to receive feedback on how our app is working for you and what things you'd like to see improved upon or added in the future!

What is Intercom
Intercom is a chat support tool that is embedded within our web UI and documentation pages, and allows a more streamlined communication between you, our user, and us, the Customer Success Management team. We're here to help you get the most out of your experience - questions, concerns, support, feature requests, you name it - we're there to help.
In-app chat support is the primary method of support for:
- Cisco Provider Connectivity Assurance (formerly Skylight performance analytics)
- Skylight interceptor
- Cisco Provider Connectivity Assurance Sensor Agents (formerly Skylight sensor: agents)
- Cisco Provider Connectivity Assurance Sensor Capture (formerly Skylight sensor: capture)

How you can use it
To post a request, click the chat button on the bottom left of the Cisco Provider Connectivity Assurance web application. A pop-up will show the current conversations and give you the option to start a new conversation.
We have a global team monitoring for your messages and typically respond quickly.
You can upload screenshots by using the little paper clip in the chat window, or by cut and pasting it in the chat box (where it says "Write a reply...". Any screen clip application will work for this. If on Microsoft Windows use the Snipping Tool.
How We Use it
Intercom integrates with your Cisco Provider Connectivity Assurance user account, so we can both keep track of your conversation with us. If your concern cannot be addressed during the chat session, we will create a support ticket and provide you with a reference identifier for following up.
Intercom also allows broadcasting Showcase Messages. We use this feature to broadcast release notes and upgrade notices.
