Setting Up a Metadata Configuration Job
Using the Metadata Configuration Job, you can import and edit metadata CLI for the VCE and the local interface on Assurance Sensor Control. To get started, you must obtain metadata for every value of each VCE and Interface. For every key-value pair, verify if the key exists on that VCE or Interface. If the key exists, use the metadata edit command but otherwise use the add command.
Note: The number of commands required to send to the Assurance Sensor Control will be as many as the number of metadata key-value pairs that the user must add or edit. Looping through the list of Metadata of each VCE/Interface is required to decide whether to execute the Add or Edit command.
