Session Performance

While the overview provides an at-a-glance view of session performance, it is working off of the default view for that specific session type. The Performance tab can be used to:

• View the line charts in a bigger screen space

• View a summary of all the metrics being collected

• Add or remove metrics to the current view

• Create or modify view templates and save them for future use

• Mark a given view as being the new default for that session type

• Export the selected KPIs as a time series in CSV format

• View live metrics as they are coming into Cisco Provider Connectivity Assurance with a quick toggle (Live ingested data)

  • Once toggled on, a fifteen minute connection to the incoming ingestion data is started
    

  • Users will see incoming data much sooner than data that has been ingested normally, but with the caveat that it will have no data-cleaning or time-exclusion normalization applied
    

  • There is a limit of five concurrent live streams per tenant
  • Custom metrics are not supported as they are formulated after the point of raw retrieval in the data ingestion pipeline
