The Management System enables users to view performance and usage statistics for the following:
- Data plane traffic
- Control plane traffic
- Network interface status
- System resources such as disk, CPU and memory usage.
Network Status
Data Plane Traffic
To view network throughput, from Platform menu, go to Server Throughput. This page shows the uplink and downlink throughput for the Layer 2 and Layer 4. In addition, network throughput can be viewed per Traffic Processor.

Server Throughput
To view more detailed network status, from Platform menu, go to Performance and Usage and choose Traffic Processor tab. This page shows what operating mode the traffic processor is at any moment in time. In addition, it also tracks the interface error rates for transmissions and receptions.

Traffic Processor Performance and Usage
To view network interface status, from Platform menu, go to Performance and Usage and choose NICs tab. This lists all the interfaces that the traffic processor is bound to and their status.

Network Interface Status
Control Plane Traffic
To view user plane traffic, from Platform menu, go to Performance and Usage and choose MPC tab. This page shows the uplink / downlink throughput along with the interface error rate tracking for transmissions and receptions.

MPC Performance and Usage
System Resources
Stand-alone System Status
To view system resources, from Platform menu, go to Performance and Usage and choose Management System tab. This page displays the current disk, memory, and CPU usage of the Management System server.

Standalone Performance and Usage
All-in-one System Status
If a Traffic Processor is installed on the same server as the Management System, the Traffic Processor needs to have its own set of CPU cores reserved and often utilizes most of the CPU cores at 100% utilization by design. Therefore, the CPU usage won’t be displayed there.

All In One Performance and Usage
On this Management System Performance and Usage page, the users can download the system access report which records activities on the Management System Web UI from all users who have the same roles as the logged-in user or lower level roles.
