Notification Center

To keep you better informed, Provider Connectivity Assurance sends notifications of important system level events. You can view them by clicking on a new bell icon in the header navigation bar. Once acknowledged, notifications will be accessible through the Archived tab.

Notification Primary Categories:

The Notification Center organizes all notifications into two primary categories:

Toast Notifications: These pop-up alerts also appear in the Notification Center.

List Notifications: These are only visible within the Notification Center.

Notification Center Tabs:

The Notification Center has two tabs:
Unread: Displays all new notifications.
Archived: Stores dismissed or completed notifications.

Notifications that require action stay in the Unread tab until addressed.

Once they have been addressed they are moved to the Archived tab. Informational notifications are archived directly upon dismissal.
