Account Management Overview

Accounts

Cisco Provider Connectivity Assurance (formerly Skylight performance analytics) admins will see two extra modules on their application navigation bar:

• Accounts
• Settings

From the Accounts module, an admin can manage both User accounts and User Groups. For detailed information on these areas, please check out their specific help pages:

• User Management
• User Group Management

Primer on Inheritance and Permissions

• Users can optionally belong to multiple User Groups
• Resources access rights (like dashboard sharing) are associated to User Groups
• Data access permissions can be associated with User Groups to control what users see through Cisco Provider Connectivity Assurance
• User permissions stack when they below to multiple user groups
