Account Management Overview

Accounts

Cisco Provider Connectivity Assurance (formerly Skylight performance analytics) admins will see the following two modules on their application navigation bar:

• Accounts
• Settings

From the Accounts module, an admin can manage both user accounts and user groups. For detailed information on these areas, please check out their specific help pages:

• User Group Management

Searching and Filtering for Users

Server-side searching and filtering for users will help users access and manage large numbers of users and user groups, with:

• Pagination
• Search and Filter

  I am getting error message that the zipped file is not supported by document 360.
  The search and filter allows you to perform searches on the server, that will reveal entries matching the term across names and email addresses. The count of matching entries updates automatically, and results are displayed clearly. Results are paginated at 100 entries by default.
  Note: This search is case insensitive.

Primer on Inheritance and Permissions

User group interactions and permissions to note are:

• Users can optionally belong to multiple user groups
• Resources access rights (like dashboard sharing) are associated to user groups
• Data access permissions can be associated with user groups to control what users see through Cisco Provider Connectivity Assurance
• User permissions stack when they belong to multiple user groups
