Transition Baseline Bins from Ratio to Percentage

This article explains how to convert dashboard widget baseline bin values from ratios to percentages using the Percentage/Ratio Conversion Dialog or through the Notification Center.

Percent/Ratio Conversion

The Percent/Ratio Conversion Dialog enables you to convert dashboard widget values from ratios to percentage. You can choose to convert either specific widgets or all widgets simultaneously. Once you click the Apply button, the conversions are executed, and the page refreshes to display the updated widget values in percentage units.

Update Baseline Calculation from the Notification Center

If you see the Baseline Calculation Update notification when you log in to the platform, you can follow these steps to update the baseline calculations:

1. Click the link Notification icon, and the following dialog will be displayed:

2. Click to view details to see the Baseline calculation should be updated from ratio to percentage notification, which lists all Baseline Calculations to update, for example:
3. Use the toggle to select the affected cards and dashboards you want to modify, or select Modify all.
4. Click Apply.

After applying changes, the dashboard refreshes, showing updated widget values in the chosen unit.
