Viewing Discovery Status

The Discovery Trigger page displays a list of recent executions of the discovery trigger configuration job and flow profile, including:

  • Twenty most recent successful executions (displays number of matching elements (Sensors) that were found and moved to the managed list)
  • Most recent execution that did not find any matching elements.

To view the status of all current and past Discovery Trigger jobs

  1. Access the Commission â–¶ Discovery Trigger page.
    The status of all current and past Discovery Trigger jobs is displayed, as shown in the figure below.

  2. For more detailed information about a discovery job, double-click on the job in the list.

Discovery Trigger Status (Commission â–¶ Discovery Trigger)

Parameter Description
Start time The date and time when the Discovery Trigger job started.
End time The date and time when the Discovery Trigger job finished.
Job status The status of the Discovery Trigger job:
  • Completed: The job has finished running.
  • Completed with errors: The job has finished running, but some Provider Connectivity Assurance Sensors were not fully configured.
Job context status The context status includes these details:
  • Configuration job name or Flow profile name.
  • Matches: Number of elements in the ME reference list that were found in the Unmanaged list.
  • Number of elements that Legacy Orchestrator connected to successfully and moved to the Managed list.
