Use the User menu to manage account settings, view release information, set display, language, and time zone preferences, and log out of Cisco Provider Connectivity Assurance (formerly Skylight performance analytics).

Manage Account Settings

You can change your account name, email address, and password.

To manage account settings, complete the following steps:

  1. Click the User menu icon in the upper-right, and then click Account settings. The My account page appears.
  2. Configure the parameters:
    • Name: Enter your profile name.
    • Email: Click Change to open the Change email dialog box, enter the new email address and your password, and then click Save (✔).
    • Password: Click Change to open the Change password dialog box, enter your current password and a new password, confirm the new password, and then click Save (✔).

Delete Your User Account

You can delete your user account from the My account page.

Caution: This action is irreversible. Private resources, such as dashboards, might be lost.

To delete your user account, complete the following steps:

  1. Click the User menu icon in the upper-right, and then click Account settings. The My account page appears.
  2. Click Delete my account. The Delete user dialog box appears.
  3. Click Delete to confirm, or click Cancel to keep the account.

View Release Information

Click the User menu icon in the upper-right to view product release information.

Set Display, Language, and Time Zone Preferences

You can set the display mode, language, and time zone for Provider Connectivity Assurance.

Preferences

To set the display, language, and time zone, complete the following steps:

  1. Click the User menu icon in the upper-right.
  2. Configure the parameters:
    • Dark mode: Turn on to use Dark mode. Turn off to use Light mode.
    • Language: Click and select your preferred language for fields and parameters.
      Note: Text entered by users and metric names are not translated.
    • Time zone: Click and select your preferred time zone.
      Note: Your time zone selection overrides the tenant time zone configured by the administrator. Dashboard graphs, alerts, and reports appear in your selected time zone.

Log Out of Provider Connectivity Assurance

To log out of Provider Connectivity Assurance, click the User menu icon in the upper-right, and then click Log out.
