Telemetry Collector Inventory and Connectivity Status

Overview

The Sensors > Collectors > Telemetry collectors page displays a list of all Telemetry Collectors configured on the tenant, along with a summary of their key fields:

• Name: The name assigned by the user when creating the configuration. 

• Status: Indicates the current state of the Telemetry Collector:

  • Online: All web sockets are connected.

  • Offline: None of the web sockets are connected.

  • Degraded: Some, but not all, web sockets are connected.

  • Unregistered: The Telemetry Collector has not yet established its initial connection, although the configuration has been created.

• Template: Displays which the transform configuration selected by the user when they created the configuration. The available options are:

  • Cisco-Telemetry-IOS-XE

  • Cisco-IOS-Telemetry-XR

In addition, this page allows users to:

• Search and filter the list using the top bar.

• Sort the list by clicking a column header.

• View more details by clicking a row.

View Telemetry Collector Details

To view Telemetry Collector details:

1. From the list, click a Telemetry Collector row to view more details.
   The right sidebar appears, displaying a Summary view.

2. Click the Configuration tab to view and manage configuration details.

Update a Telemetry Collector

To update a Telemetry Collector:

1. From the list, click a Telemetry Collector row.

   The right sidebar appears, showing a Summary view.

2. Click the Configuration tab.

3. Make the required changes.

   Note: The Transform configuration field cannot be updated.

4. Click ✓ to save the changes.
