Accedian offers Skylight performance analytics and Interceptor as managed services running in one of our hosted environments as default. We primarily leverage the Google Cloud Platform infrastructure to run our service in locations throughout the globe including data centers located in:
- Australia
- Belgium
- Brasil
- Finland
- India
- Japan
- United Kingdom
- United States
During the solution design stage of ordering, customers have the opportunity to have input into their tenant location. By default, Accedian will place the tenant in the same (or closest possible) region to where the customer will be generating the majority of their data. Customers based in the EU will have their tenant (and data) based in one of our European deployments.
Closest versus fastest
Some times geographic distance does not mean better or faster connectivity. We leverage our knowledge of worldwide connectivity and latency to offer the best hosting location possible - which sometimes does not mean closest, unless specifically requested by the customer.
