We utilize external services to help deliver on some critical functions in our Skylight offering. Accedian utilizes a thorough vetting process to ensure our choosen sub-processors are all best in class service providers, that contribute to the best possible experience for our end customer.

Intercom

| Type of User Data Processed | User info (name, email, company), device info (OS, browser, language setting, IP), browsing history (where you are accessing the chat support from). More info on Intercom data collection. |

Sendgrid

| What we use it for | Email distribution (reports, and notifications) |
