Export Timeseries Data

The Export timeseries data option produces a CSV file with the time series data for:

  • The metrics currently in view.
  • The time interval and granularity shown in the time picker (upper-right).

The following example shows a time series export of delay max and delay P95 for the P2R (probe-to-reflector) direction of a TWAMP session for the period between September 8 at 21:57 and September 9 at 21:57. Because the interval is 1 day, Provider Connectivity Assurance uses 15-minute time steps, so the output includes a row for every 15-minute period. Timestamps snap to the nearest 00, 15, or 45 minutes prior to the selected interval.

Note:

  • The system might use a local time zone (for example, EST), but the export is produced with UTC timestamps.
  • Snapping behavior:
    • Minutes: Snap to 00, 15, or 45 minutes (prior and after the selected interval).
    • One-minute interval: Snap seconds to 00.
    • Hourly interval: Snap minutes to 00.

Export Raw Data (Maximum 24 Hours)

The Export raw data (max 24hr) option produces a CSV file at the original ingestion granularity in Cisco Provider Connectivity Assurance (for example, 1 second, 30 seconds, 1 minute).

Note:

  • Exporting raw data works only if the selected time interval falls within your system’s raw data retention policy. If you are unsure of the policy, consult your administrator. Administrators can contact the Provider Connectivity Assurance team via the in-app chat for assistance.

Export Summary Data

The Export summary option is ideal when you need aggregated metric values for the selected time interval. The export also includes session metadata as additional columns.
