The CSV File Description manual applies to the Collection feature of the Skylight orchestrator, which is a component of the Accedian suite of performance assurance products. The Collection feature centralizes the collection of performance data from Skylight elements and transfers the data to a system used to evaluate the data. Collection receives performance data from Skylight elements in the form of CSV files.
This manual includes information about the technologies and standards used in Skylight orchestrator. It also includes procedures that will help the personnel of mobile network operators, Cable Multi Service Operators (MSOs), business service providers and cloud and data center services to set up and maintain their performance assurance solutions.
Specifically, this manual describes the content of the CSV files that Collection receives from the Skylight elements.
