This article contains the Provider Connectivity Assurance Controlled Availability release notes. This on-prem software is updated continuously, giving customers access to the latest features and improvements. Software updates are released every few weeks.
As an alternative to the Controlled Availability release, on-prem customers who prefer the most stable Generally Available release can find the 25.7 software release notes here. The Generally Available release contains a fixed feature set and receives updates for security and bug fixes.
For customers who prefer a cloud-based offering instead of on-prem software, the latest Cloud content release notes are available here.

New Features
Exporting of session performance metrics and OTEL events now allows for filtering by metadata category values or OTEL resource attributes. For mobility customers, this feature can be used to for filtering metrics and events based on node types.
Mobility Collector now supports Multi-label KPI processing for 5G workloads. 5G KPI rows now use multi-label indexing and preserve the full label structure and non‑5G KPI rows continue to use the existing behavior, which enables clearer and more consistent index behavior across streams.
Fixes and Enhancements
Deployers: 25.7.423
Telemetry Collector: ca (0.84.0)
Sensor Collector: 0.677.0-fips
Mobility Collector: See table below:
List of Required Docker Images for Deployment
Notes:
Use the same local registry to upload the following images, as created earlier during the RKE2 cluster environment setup.
If you need to do an upgrade from a previous deployment, see: Deployment Upgrade Procedure
ID | Type | Area | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
N/A | Fix | Mobility Collector | Fixed an issue where bulkstat SSD processing would fail. |
N/A | Fix | Mobility Collector | Resolved an issue where the Celery worker could gradually run out of available AIO slots over time, which previously required periodically recreating the worker pod (about once a week at a 15-minute sample interval). |
N/A | Enhancement | Mobility Collector | FM alerts are now enriched prior to export using a source IP lookup with hostname and node. Enriched records include host.name and telco.network_function.name. If enrichment data isn’t available, alerts continue to flow unchanged. |

New Features
Kafka Exporter
Exporters enable real-time streaming of performance metrics, OTEL events, and threshold alerts to external systems via Kafka integration. Available exclusively for on-prem deployments.
This feature provides the following capabilities:
Tenant Admins can configure up to five Kafka exporters, each supporting up to 100 export topics.
Users can stream session performance data, fault management events, and alerts to their Kafka clusters with configurable authentication and heartbeat monitoring for service status verification.
For more information, refer to the following articles:
Installation Improvements for Integration
Improved installation steps in the admin console enhance the setup experience for on-prem deployments with streamlined configuration processes.
This improved the following installation steps:
IP address configuration
DNS support
Streamlined CNC/NSO integration configuration
