Dashboards direct your use of Cisco Provider Connectivity Assurance (formerly Skylight performance analytics).
- Can be used for a simple NOC/SOC with auto-update or a detailed investigation and workflow
- Dashboards can be self explanatory with guiding notes and diagrams or a simple one person view of one metric or set of events (KISS)
- Dashboards can take you from an Executive view of Good bad on WAN and LAN right the way down to a distribution of who is having what application issues with which servers
Dashboards support:
- Topology, Line charts, Pie charts, Geographic, tables, cross tab visualization and simple numbers and pictures
- Filters to select and drill down
- Time selection and granularity
- Sharing permissions and data restrictions
