IOS XE - Stream Telemetry via MDT Dial Out

In order to stream the required telemetry for the default IOS XE object into Provider Connectivity Assurance, the following commands must be executed on the router:

telemetry ietf subscription 100
 encoding encode-kvgpb
 filter xpath /process-cpu-ios-xe-oper:cpu-usage/cpu-utilization
 stream yang-push
 update-policy periodic 6000
 receiver ip address {{TELEMETRY COLLECTOR IP ADDRESS}} 57000 protocol grpc-tcp
telemetry ietf subscription 101
 encoding encode-kvgpb
 filter xpath /memory-statistics/memory-statistic
 stream yang-push
 update-policy periodic 6000
 receiver ip address {{TELEMETRY COLLECTOR IP ADDRESS}} 57000 protocol grpc-tcp

Note: The last two netconf-yang commands are very important, and are critical to the procedure working!
