Getting Debug Logs for Support and R&D Troubleshooting

This article explains how to obtain debug logs for technical support and R&D troubleshooting.

To get the logs from the Skylight Flex 100 unit

  1. SSH to CPU0 interface using the following command:
#ssh admin@<flex-ip-address for CPU0> -p 830
  1. From the respective log folder, copy logs from Skylight Flex 100 unit to TFTP server using the following command:
# scp <log_file-name> root@<tftp server ip address>:/root

Below you will find log file details for the logs you will be using.

  • For debug logs: /etc/accedian/history/fsir.log.xxx
  • For FPGA Link related logs: /etc/accedian/history/linkmon.log -
  • For FPGA related logs: /tmp/libfpga.log
