Tech Support provides the capability of generating and exporting system health reports.
To generate and export system health reports
Access the page System ▶ Maintenance ▶ Firmware.
Click Generate Report.
Enter Issue export file name (if needed), then click Export.
For more information on the other parameters, refer to the following table.
Tech Support Parameters (System ▶ Maintenance ▶ Firmware)
Parameter | Description |
---|---|
Report | File name for the report that will be generated. |
Generate Report button | Click to generate a new report. |
Issue export file name | Enter a file name for the report that needs to be exported. |
Export | Click this button to export the current report with the name indicated in "Issue export filename". If "Issue export filename" is empty, the report will be exported with the name indicated in "Report" parameter. |
