Configuring MEF 10.2 Decoupled Color Blind

To configure MEF 10.2 decoupled color blind

1. Follow configurations steps 1 through 8 from the article Configuring trTCM Color Blind Mode​.

2. Configure MEF decoupled QOS color-blind metering.
