Viewing NFV Tunnel

Article Summary

The NFV tunnel is dedicated to communication between the Skylight sensor: control and the modules.

To view NVF Tunnel Summary

  1. Access the page Port ▶ NFV Tunnel.
    Filter and Summary page is displayed.

  2. From the Filter drop-down list, make a selection.

  3. In the query field, enter the Remote Device Name.

  4. Click Search
    Summary information for selections detected by the Skylight sensor: control is displayed.

NFV Tunnel (Port ▶ NFV Tunnel)

ParameterDescription
FilterDrop down menu to choose the type of NFV tunnel information to display. Selections include:
  • Instance
  • Device
  • Linked
  • Tunnel State
  • Tunnel Quality
Inst.The Instance of the NVF tunnel.
DeviceThe name of the remote device
LinkedNotification of whether or not the remote device is linked to the Skylight sensor: control. Values:
  • Yes
  • No
Tunnel StateThe state of the NVF tunnel session. Values:
  • Up
  • Down
Tunnel QualityThe quality of the NVF tunnel session.
  • Green: tunnel is working properly
  • Orange: tunnel is dropping packets
  • Red: tunnel is down
