The User menu enables you to manage account settings, view release information, set preferences (display, language, and time zone), and log out from the Cisco Provider Connectivity Assurance (formerly Skylight performance analytics).
Manage Account Settings
You can change your user account name, email, and password.
► To manage account settings:
- Click the user icon on the upper-right, and then click Account settings. The My account page displays.
- Complete the parameters:
- Name : Enter the user profile name
- Email : Click Change to open the Change email modal, enter the email address and password, then click the ✓ button.
- Password : Click Change to open the Change password modal, enter the current password and new password, confirm the new pasword, then click the ✓ button.
Delete Your User Account
You can delete your user account from the My account page.
CAUTION: This action is irreversible. Private resources, such as dashboards, could be lost.
► To delete your user account:
- Click the user icon on the upper-right, then click Account settings. The My account page displays.
- Click Delete my account. The Delete user dialog displays.
- To confirm the deletion, select Delete.
View Release Information
Click the user icon on the upper-right to view product release information.
Set the Display, Language, and Time Zone Preference
You can set the display, language, and time zone of Skylight performance analytics according to your preference.
► To set the display, language, and time zone:
- Click the user icon on the upper-right.
- Complete these parameters:
- Dark mode : Toggle on to use Dark Mode. Toggle off to use Light Mode.
- Language : Click and then select your preferred language for fields and parameters. Choose English or French.
Note: Text that are entered by the user and metric names are not translated. More languages to be added in future releases. - Time zone: Click and then select your preferred time zone.
Note: Your Time zone selection overrides the tenant time zone configured by the administrator. Dashboard graphs, alerts, and reports will display in your selected time zone.
Log Out of Skylight Performance Analytics
To log out of Skylight performance analytics, click the user icon on the upper right, and then click Log out.
