Tech Support provides the capability of generating and exporting system health reports.
To generate and export system health reports
Access the page System ▶Maintenance ▶Firmware.
Complete the required fields, then click Export.
To configure the transmission of reports
Access the page System ▶Maintenance ▶Firmware.
Complete the required fields, then click Apply.
For more information on the other parameters, refer to the following table.

| Parameter | Description |
|---|---|
| Report | Enter a file name for the report that needs to be generated. |
| Generate Report button | Click to generate a new report. |
| Issue export filename | Enter a file name for the report that needs to be exported. |
| Export button | Click to export the current report with the name indicated in "Issue export filename". If "Issue export filename" is empty, the report will be exported with the name indicated in "Report" parameter. |
Report transmission configuration
| Parameter | Description |
|---|---|
| Enable | Select this box to enable report transmission configuration. |
| Interval (hours) | The interval expressed in hours. |
| Server URL: | The address of the server where the tech-support report file generated by the unit is saved. Examples: ftp://username:password@mypc.com ftps://username:password@mypc.com sftp://username@mypc.com tftp://mypc.com scp://username@mypc.com:/target_directory Note: The following special characters are not allowed in the URL: "<", ">", "\n", "\r", "\t". |
| SCP password: | The authentication password used for SCP and SFTP when transferring the tech-support report file to the remote file server. |
