The Skylight user interface is accessed via a client's web browser. The UI leverages several 3rd party cloud based services to enhance our user's experience. These services are accessed directly when utilizing Skylight via client browser connectivity.
Supported Browsers
The product is tested to support:
- modern chromium based browsers (Chrome, Edge, Brave)
- client screen resolutions of 1024 x 768 and higher.
Generally the solution also works on Firefox and Safari, but those are not formally tested or supported by Accedian. Microsoft Edge Legacy is not supported.
Connectivity Requirements
As mentioned above, client systems require the ability to connect to various URLs on the internet for an optimal experience. Here are the key services that the Skylight UI application leverages:
