Setting Up a Backup Configuration Job
You can back up the configuration of a managed element from Skylight orchestrator. If necessary, this backup can be restored on the managed element. For more information about configuration backups and how to restore them, see "Managing Backups of Performance Element Configurations".
To set up a Backup configuration job
Access the page Commission ▶ Jobs.
Set all common configuration job settings, as explained in "Creating Configuration Jobs in GUI Mode" or "Creating Configuration Jobs Using Data Sets".
Double click on the Job name you wish to configure, the Backup configuration dialog is displayed.

Complete all fields in the Backup configuration tab as required. For more information on parameters, see the table below.
Click Apply, then click Close.
Click the Refresh button to refresh the user interface.
Note: On the Skylight orchestrator Docker, Backup configuration job is supported via SFTP only.
