Dashboard Report Management

Dashboard reports serve as an effective medium for sharing critical information. However, managing numerous reports can be challenging. The Monitoring report management page (Reports > Monitoring) addresses this issue by offering users a centralized, searchable list of all dashboard reports. This interface allows users to adjust settings without the need to open each dashboard individually.

Manage Dashboard Reports

To manage a dashboard report, complete the following steps:

1. Choose Reports > Monitoring.
2. In the table, click the report. The Details pane appears on the right.
3. Click Edit in the upper-right. The Scheduled Reports pane appears on the right.
4. Configure the parameters.
5. Click the check icon (✔) to save and apply your changes.

Delete Dashboard Reports

To delete a dashboard report, complete the following steps:

1. Choose Reports > Monitoring.
2. In the table, click the More options (ellipsis) icon for the report, and then click Delete. The Delete report dialog box appears.
3. Click Delete to confirm, or click Cancel to keep the report.
