synce clear statistics - Clear SyncE/ESMC port statistics
Description:
Clear SyncE/ESMC port statistics. If <port-name> is not specified, all SyncE/ESMC ports statistics will be cleared.
Syntax:
statistics clear statistics [<port-name>]
Note: SyncE is an optional hardware feature.

Description:
Configure the Synchronous Ethernet settings.
Syntax:

{ esmc-ql-mode { enable | disable} } |

Parameters:
| Parameter | Description |

| state | Enable or disable the SyncE feature. |
| prc | Port from which the Primary Reference Clock is recovered. |
| src | Port from which the Secondary Reference Clock is recovered. None if only the prc is desired. |
| revertive | Enable or disable the revertive clock source selection. Note that in case revertive mode is disabled, a previously failed synchronization clock source can no longer be used, unless ESMC QL mode is enabled. In that case, the disabled revertive setting shall only prevent switching back to a previously failed synchronization source with equal QL, irrespective of priority. |
| manual-clock | Set the manual clock source selection, or none for automatic clock source selection. Note that in case ESMC QL mode is enabled, only priority can be overridden. |
| esmc-ql-mode | Enable or disable the ESMC QL mode. ESMC QL messages can be sent and received only if this is enabled. If enabled, clock quality information can then be used to automatically select the best clock reference available. |
| forward-ext-tlv | Enable or disable the forward extended TLV flag to determine whether it should be forwarded from SyncE ingress port to egress ports. Note that this is only applicable if ESMC QL mode is enabled. |
| wtr-delay | Wait-to-restore delay. The system will wait for that many seconds before reverting to a clock when it becomes available after a failure. Note that this is only applicable if ESMC QL mode is enabled. |

synce show configuration - Show the SyncE/ESMC configuration parameters
Description:
This is used to show the current SyncE/ESMC configuration parameters. Use 'help synce edit' for a detailed description of all parameters.
Syntax:
synce show configuration
synce show statistics
synce show statistics - Show SyncE/ESMC statistiscs
Description:
Display SyncE/ESMC port statistics. If <port-name> is not specified, all SyncE/ESMC ports statistics will be shown.
Syntax:
synce show statistics [<port-name>]
Note: If a normally valid SyncE port (SFP port) is not usable for SyncE (when equipped with SFP copper module type), the following error will be shown for that port: "The port requested is not a valid SyncE port".
