The Crosstab widget provides a versatile way to display key performance indicators (KPIs) and their results in a structured cross-table format, using rows and columns for enhanced data analysis.
The Crosstab widget can display a base KPI and its results distributed in a cross table view (Rows and Columns), to provide the following:
- User Experience Analysis: Evaluate interactions between client and server zones.
- Delay Distribution: Analyze delays between source and target cities.
- Threshold-Based Color Coding: Cells can be color-coded to highlight data based on predefined thresholds.
- TopN Limitation: Limit the table size to the top N results for focused analysis.
Crosstab widgets support the following Row/Column configurations:
- Matched: Column values correspond directly to row values.
- Independent: Column values are independent of row values.
- Filtered: Columns are selectively displayed based on row values.
Use Case Example:
City to City, Client to Server, and Server to Application

Capabilities
- Multiple Widgets: Use several Crosstab widgets to display various TopN groups.
- Size Restriction: Limit the TopN size for clarity when multiple Crosstabs are used.
- Column and Row Support: Accommodates 5, 25, and 100 columns and rows to limit table size.
- Dashboard Linking: Crosstab boxes can link to other dashboards and apply filters on TopN.
- Color Indicators: Use colors to quickly identify correlations, such as rows or columns highlighted in red. Note: Colors are not applied if bins are absent.

Bidirectional Location Data
Enable the Use Bidirectional Location Data toggle to simultaneously view SD and DS data within the same Crosstab. When activated, a corresponding DS or SD metric column is added for each categorization. Additionally, the row and column grouping utilizes aliased source and destination location metadata.
Note: You must configure direction aliases before using this feature.
