Dashboard Reporting

Cisco Provider Connectivity Assurance (formerly Skylight Performance Analytics) provides dashboard reporting capabilities that allow you to generate and export reports for operational visibility and analysis.

Reporting capabilities vary by deployment type; report scheduling and sharing features are only available in Cisco‑hosted (cloud) deployments and are not supported in On‑Prem (Kubernetes or Air‑Gapped) systems.

Click the Share button to open a dropdown menu with the following options:

• Share report (not available in On-Prem deployments)
• Schedule report (not available in On-Prem deployments)
• Download report

Share Report

Note: The Share report option is not available in On-Prem deployments.

Send a one-time report by email to individual users or user groups:

Schedule Report

Note: The Schedule report option is not available in On-Prem deployments.

Configure the dashboard to be generated and emailed at a regular cadence.

You can select the time zone to use for the report from the drop-down menu.

This will generate a PDF of the report, displayed in the configured time zone. You can then use that time zone for the visualizations in that report.

Download CSV File

When using either the Share Report or Schedule Report options, Cisco Provider Connectivity Assurance supports CSV file exportation so that you can view table data efficiently when reviewing dashboard reports.

When generating reports, you can export CSV files from various Dashboard widgets.

How it Works

Hovering on any dashboard allows you to export individual CSV files. When you generate either a singular or scheduled report, you have these options to also include CSV for Dashboard Widgets:

For scheduled reports, if you were to go back and edit any of the existing reports, you can optionally enable or disable the CSV settings.

Once exported, the emailed files will be zipped with a file name representing the report and timestamp.

Download Report

Download the report as a PDF, packaged in a ZIP file, directly to your computer.
